My aim is to Inspire, Motivate and Encourage in the art of fulfilling the Leading/Guiding role in any dog’s life - that helps the Owner Improve, Progress and Achieve good well-balanced control and obedience with their dog. With NO treats, toys or clickers required - Why should these be considered necessary? Do dogs NATURALLY exchange gifts in order to accomplish or achieve their objective? Surely, YOU are the most important part of your dog's life, so why try and convince him/her that something else is instead??? Plus incorporating behavioural focus and 'dog good manners' work in the Class too! - We go that extra mile to help Owner and dog We do not just skate on the surface of training, but plunge for a better understanding and commitment to learning their way with us. Creating a special bond of understanding and interaction. "This is more than a ‘business’ to me, as my clients will support. It is a committed ‘passion’ for the very way of the dog, that I feel privileged to share, and which the Club is focused upon." - Chris If you have responded, "Yes please" to the question in the box on the right; preferring to train and maintain without treats, toys etc… then look no further! Learning the dogs’ way of thinking can be challenging, but far more productive and enjoyable for you both. Clear and Natural Interaction. Providing yourself as a good reliable, guiding, and responsible leading member of your dog's human social family - 'Pack Parent'. Thinking dog - and being a beneficial role model that your dog needs! By doing so, developing understanding trust and respect between you. What a combination! Training without food, treats, toys or clickers. Dogs don’t use them, so we don’t. If a dog’s motivation to respond is based on something tasty or a toy, then what is more important, you or the treat? ..... And if someone else has a more tasty treat, who might your dog prefer to respond to??? We are politely proud and confident to be unrivaled in dog training that does NOT teach dogs to just Perform, but teaches Owners to Connect. Training with a dog’s Brain - NOT a Sausage! Respect is highly valued by dogs - better to earn a dog's respect - than to buy it. Do you really want a dog to merely Respond/Perform for a treat or toy? Or your dog to be more aware and responsive with the family unit/pack? The dog's 'family unit/pack' works and supports together, with supervising leadership. No standing or sitting around waiting your turn! Active throughout..... No over-priced fees or gimmicks. Full one hour session.
Feel genuinely welcome and part of an enjoyable training group. Dogs of all ages are welcome and able to learn. Plus valuing a large helping of good-will humour between us all ...... Come and visit, bring your dog, and enjoy watching with a cup of tea or coffee |
